At NEXUS DTF, we are pleased to offer a flexible layaway option to help customers secure their equipment purchase with ease, confidence, and time to prepare before delivery.

Non-Refundable Retainer

A non-refundable retainer is required to start a NEXUS DTF layaway order. This retainer reserves your equipment order and locks in the current sale price, subject to inventory availability and shipping timelines.

The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. It serves as a commitment to purchase and begins the layaway process.

The retainer amount will be applied toward the final balance due. The retainer is not the full equipment payment.

Flexible Payment Schedule

NEXUS DTF offers a flexible payment option that allows customers to pay toward their balance at their own pace. There are no fixed due dates or required monthly payment amounts.

However, small payments are required to keep the layaway account active. Customers are expected to make consistent payments toward their remaining balance to show continued commitment to the order.

If no payment is made for 6 months, the layaway account may be moved into inactive status. Once an account becomes inactive, reopening the account will be at the discretion of NEXUS DTF.

Although the payment schedule is flexible, the equipment will not be fulfilled, released, or shipped until the full remaining balance and any applicable shipping charges are paid in full.

Train While You Pay Benefit

As a NEXUS DTF layaway customer, you receive free access to available NEXUS DTF bootcamps, trainings, and programs while you pay toward your equipment.

This benefit is designed to help you prepare for the delivery of your order, learn the basics of DTF printing, understand equipment setup, review maintenance expectations, and begin building the knowledge needed to use your equipment with confidence.

Training access is included as part of the layaway experience and is available to active layaway customers. If a layaway account becomes inactive due to non-payment, access to training, bootcamps, or programs may also be paused, limited, or removed at the discretion of NEXUS DTF.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Products on layaway will not ship until the full balance is paid in full. Once the final payment is made, standard processing and shipping timelines will apply.

Shipping charges may be calculated separately and must be paid before the equipment is released or shipped.

Confirmation

Once the layaway retainer order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. NEXUS DTF will review the order and send the remaining balance or Partial.ly payment plan details separately.

The customer must complete the layaway agreement form before paying the retainer fee. By submitting the agreement form and placing a layaway retainer order, the customer confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to the NEXUS DTF Layaway Policy.

Chargeback and Dispute Policy

By starting a layaway order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.

The non-refundable retainer is not a full equipment payment. It is a payment to reserve the order, lock in the current sale price, and begin the layaway process.

If a dispute or chargeback is opened after the customer has agreed to these terms, NEXUS DTF may provide the payment processor with proof of the published policy, agreement form, order details, payment records, training access provided, account activity, and communication records related to the layaway order.
