Your purchase includes free assisted virtual setup and installation. Our team can remotely connect to your PC to help download the required software, install the program, and set your printer configurations.
This support is designed to help make the setup process smoother and give you confidence as you begin using your NEXUS Model 10. Proper setup is an important part of getting the best performance from your printer.
Recommended Supplies & Warranty Protection
For best performance, customers are required to use NEXUS brand recommended supplies with the NEXUS Model 10. This includes, but is not limited to, DTF ink, cleaning solution, and printhead moisturizer.
Switching to non-recommended supplies can cause major damage to the printer, including clogs, ink flow issues, printhead problems, poor print quality, and other performance failures. Mixing or changing supplies may also create issues inside the ink system that can damage internal parts.
Using non-recommended ink, cleaning solution, moisturizer, or other supply products may void the warranty. If a technician determines during troubleshooting that non-recommended supplies were used, or that damage was caused by switching supplies, the repair or replacement may not be covered under warranty.
To protect your equipment, warranty coverage, and print quality, we strongly recommend staying with the NEXUS-approved supply system for your printer.
Warranty Coverage
The NEXUS Model 10 includes a 1-year warranty on covered factory defect parts.
Warranty coverage does not include the printhead or motherboard. The warranty only covers approved factory defect parts and does not cover customer-caused damage.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, poor maintenance, clogs due to maintenance issues, incorrect supplies, software misuse, electrical damage, physical damage, or incorrect operation.
We only cover factory defect parts. Customer damages are not covered under warranty.
Refund Policy
Due to logistics commitments, supplier processing, equipment preparation, and order fulfillment requirements, there is a no refund policy after 7 days of placing an order on DTF printers and equipment.

I learn about dtf through nexus a few years ago, I have always been interested in owning one. The price point was out of my reach to pay at one time. When nexus roll out the layaway plan pay as you, it was best opportunity put before me to become an owner of my own dtf printer to enhance my business and I am very thank I saw the vision and jump on the train.
