Warranty Coverage

The NEXUS DTF P13 Printer includes a 1-year warranty on covered factory defect parts.

Warranty coverage only applies to approved factory defect parts and does not cover customer-caused damage, improper use, neglect, poor maintenance, physical damage, electrical damage, incorrect operation, or damage caused by using the equipment outside of recommended guidelines.

Printheads and motherboards are not covered under the standard warranty unless confirmed as a factory defect or DOA issue.

Approved Supplies Notice

For best performance, NEXUS recommends using approved NEXUS DTF supplies with your printer. Switching to non-recommended ink, cleaning solution, moisturizer, or maintenance products can cause clogs, ink flow issues, damage, or poor print performance.

Using unauthorized supplies may also void warranty coverage if damage or performance issues are found during technician troubleshooting.

Refund Policy

Due to logistics commitments, supplier processing, equipment preparation, and order fulfillment requirements, there is a no refund policy after 7 days of placing an order on DTF printers, mini ovens, shaker ovens, and equipment.
