Warranty Coverage

The NEXUS Shaker / Oven A3-PLUS includes a 1-year warranty on covered factory defect parts.

Warranty coverage only applies to approved factory defect parts and does not cover customer-caused damage, improper use, neglect, accidents, poor maintenance, incorrect operation, electrical damage, physical damage, or damage caused by using the equipment outside of recommended guidelines.

We only cover factory defect parts. Customer damages are not covered under warranty.

Refund Policy

Due to logistics commitments, supplier processing, equipment preparation, and order fulfillment requirements, there is a no refund policy after 7 days of placing an order on DTF printers, shaker ovens, and equipment.
