The NEXUS DTF Printhead & Ink System Moisturizer is designed to help support printhead care, ink system maintenance, and routine moisture protection for DTF printers.
DTF printers require consistent maintenance to keep ink flowing properly and to help prevent clogs, drying, and buildup inside the system. This moisturizer is used to help keep the printhead, capping station, cap pad, and ink system protected when your printer is not in use.
Product Benefits
- Helps support printhead maintenance
- Helps keep the printhead wet when properly capped
- Supports ink system care and moisture protection
- Helps reduce drying inside the capping station
- Helps keep the cap pad moist to protect the nozzles
- Supports smoother ink flow during routine maintenance
- Helps protect your printer when you are away for short periods
- Designed for DTF printer maintenance support
How It Works
Add the NEXUS Moisturizer to the capping station and move the printhead over the cap station. Once the printhead is capped, the moisturizer helps keep the printhead and cap pad moist.
This process helps support ink flow, helps protect the printhead from drying out, and helps keep the printer ready to perform when you return.
Recommended Use
Use the NEXUS DTF Printhead & Ink System Moisturizer as part of your regular printer maintenance routine, especially when the printer will sit unused for a short period of time.
For best results, follow your printer’s recommended maintenance instructions and use only NEXUS-approved supplies with your NEXUS DTF equipment.
